We got back on Saturday and was picked up from the airport by my father-in-law. We spend some time with them as it was mother's day weekend.
This morning we stopped by my parent's house to also see my mom, my aunt and grandma for mother's day and finally me and Kiarash drove to Asheville in separate cars. I'm not gonna lie, it was a really long drive for me and I got very sleepy. Luckily we stopped at McDonald's to eat lunch and I also had a cup of coffee. The rest of the drive was much better.
When we got to my AHEC housing, we noticed someone had already moved in. It turns out I have a roommate who I share a room with literally. She's a very nice girl who is aa anesthesia nursing student.
Kiarash helped me unpack and we made a visit to the VA so that I wouldnt' get lost tomorrow.
Then we came back and he left and I made a visit to Walmart to buy all kinds of food to start
cooking soon :)
